Is this v14? To confirm, you can use the same products across multiple websites but write different market segment specific content and SEO elements for each website?

Yes this is v14 (but multi-websites was introduced prior v14). Yes you can decide which products are published on which websites without creating duplicates (use the Publish toggle on the frontend). Yes you can manage SEO elements separately for each website. You can even decide how your ecommerce sales roll-up in which companies if you are in a multi-company environment (ie. different websites into 1 company, or into their own respective companies, or a mix).
