i'm so sorry for what you've been through... someone who would do that can't be a friend! no one can assault anyone for any reason but just because you loved a character is even more unacceptable! and i totally agree that none of these characters deserved what happened to them because NO ONE deserves that. it's never the fault of the victim but of the assaulter. i hope you're okay right now, i'm sending you all the love ❤

@@vicesoflord Yes. I personally connected with Joey, Cassie and Aimee's story because of csa. And then I was having this conversation with my friend about horror films. Well suddenlly she came up with GA saying it was the worst show she'd ever seen and I said i liked it. I simply and calmlly asked why she didn't. She responded it was a show about a girl victimizing herself after she asked to be raped. I told her no one asks to and she accused me of using the term "victim-blaming" as a way of reducing accountability. That really fucked me up and I just asked her if we could speak about something else. Well, that was when she went after me, grabbed me and hit me. I didn't have where to go since we were at a train. Such a bizarre story. People can be quite obcessive

we only hate season 2 cassie- her past doesnt and shouldnt justify her actions in the present! what she did was wrong in many ways u cant just expect everyone to love and encourage her.......

@@sS1SR906 Yes I know i just dont get people. Like, Maddy lied about getting assaulted and hitted Cassie. But people still think she's a Queen. I think she had plenty of icónic moments and hudge confidence. But I don't get how people can feel for her and not Cassie

her using the term "asking to be raped" is wrong in so many ways. nobody asks to be raped or assaulted in any way. her behaviour after the conversation is truly weird. i hope she learned or will learn better and that you are okay right now. someone turning to violence like this, for no reason, is really terrible

even though it feels like no one cares, there are still so many others who DO care!! those characters all found some kind of peace and we also need to believe that in real life too victims can find comfort in friends and in the things that can make them happy ❤
