Вопрос,если к натализумабу появились антитела через пару лет использования,то на что его можно заменить?финголимод??или др моноклональн.тело?Ребёнок 10 лет ремиттирующее течение,по мрт увеличение очагов значительное,хотя клинически малосимптомно.сегодня на натализумабе он.

Unfortunately you would have to direct this question to your multiple sclerosis specialist, since medication choice depends highly on the patient's individual situation.

@@theneurophileк сожалению, у нас специалист по рассеянному склерозу-это обычный невролог,кот.лечит все болезни, у него нет глубоких познаний конкретно по рассеян.склеоозу и практики такой, как у американских специалистов,занимающихся опред.пстологией- movement disorder specialist or MS specialist and so on.Ладно,буду обучаться дальше.Лекции на вашем канале классные.Спасиииибо огромное!!!!!!!!
