Today we’ll be showing you what we call the “Multiple Twisted Edge Braids”. A beautiful design originally inspired by @irina.abramova _hair on Instagram.
I want to take a minute to touch on an issue that some of you are having. Obviously, since Graycie is my hair model I use human hair (though sometimes I wonder 👽 lol). Sometimes I get messages from people frustrated that when they try a style from someone using a mannequin, it doesn’t turn out right. Human hair vs synthetic can sometimes be a real pain. Synthetic is a lot like braiding thread, it’s always the same length, it’s all made the same uniform way. Human hair is not! It’s sometimes different lengths, it doesn’t hold the same way, it’s not perfect. So expect that some styles will look more “crisp” on synthetic. That is no reason not to try it on human hair, maybe it won’t come out right. But maybe with a few tweaks, you’ll make something just as good. This style is a human hair version of a synthetic original. It’s not the same but I like how it turned out.
