They have stoped using & putting Flower, Peas, Capcicum in Bhaji. Stoped serving normal Pav Bhaji ( without butter ). 🚩🇮🇳🚩

Hi Alka ji... Please try Pav Bhaji at Neo Welcome restaurant outside Ghatkopar West station. If you really understand how a good Pav Bhaji should taste, I bet you will enjoy it more than any Pav Bhaji you have had in Mumbai, including Sardar, Amar and Achija... Do visit and give me a comment shout out if you like it. In fact just try their Vada Sambhar, Dahi wada, Veg. Biryani or any dish and you will know their taste and quality standards. its not 75gm per plate, they make 20/25 plates out of 500gm hence i think 25 ya 20gm butter put above bhaji.... skill of making big slice of butter is full too aflaatuun... indeed

OMG 😮 , the Amul butter++ ~ is overwhelming - to be eaten with care if one has a sedentary lifestyle. I missed carrots, beans, bell peppers in the bhaji. Well the name S*rd*r is synonymous with Punjab where stress is on butter & ghee = great taste / Maybe 😅 - solina

It tastes good...buttery... and yes the veggies are missing but good for trying once as it is legendary and very popular (and then deal with the guilt and try to balance it for next 2-3 days😅)

Tamater, Aalu, Green pes, ye 3 items milay gayi hai, aur besumar Butter, es me gobi flower kaha hai. ? ye joh be hai Butter ka kamal hai, bina butter eski pav bhaji 5% ki hai aur baki joh masale dalta hai chilli, jeera aur butter se test ka pata nahi chalta, aur ek Meen baat public city, Midiya pess, police department, lokal tapori log, ye sab koh free me pav bhaji jati hai, zaher se baat hai 190..rs bech ta hai, toh kharcha sab ye se jata hoga, bhuleswar pe 80 rs ki butter wali aur testy milti hai..

I visited this afternoon at Sardar Pav Bhaji and was disappointed with quality. When complained Owner at Counter reacted my mouth may be bad He also said two customers just appreciated . Bottom line Pav served should have been hot but were warm Bhaji was almost black .Taste and Colour of Tomato & Garlic totally missing

Thats really bad...as I have said in the video, the bhaji is not so delicious but it's the butter that is the gamechanger, such a generous qty of butter is not good though but can be tried once. After reading your comment, I really feel that it is not even worth a try if they can't be consistent with what they are serving at least.

Butter overpowers bhaji taste. Also tomatoes make extra tangy ,spoiling the orginal taste of bhaji. 😅😢😂

Yes, the taste of butter in such a large qty overpowers all other flavours but the bhaji is not at all tangy. I like it to be a bit tangy.

The taste of butter is strongly prominent with a lesser taste of bhaji which is not tangy like usually what we get. But it is good to try at least once.
