• Recipe Ingredients
(Sardar Pav Bhaji Recipe in small quantity)
in a large pan take butter
add 4 onion chopped
add 2spoon jeera
add 6 potatoes boiled and mashed
add 6 chopped tomatoes
add boiled peas and mix well
add salt accordingly
Mix everything well . Let it cook for 5 minutes
then add 1 table spoon
(garam masala ,ghati masala ,lal mirch powder
dhaniya jeera powder )
mix it well for next 10 minutes
add water accordingly.
Mix everything well with a masher. Let it cook for 10 minutes
Add lasoon Chutney
Add 1 cup chopped kothmir
mix it well and add butter Accordingly.

Sardar pav bhaji ki ye best video hai. Waise humari mummy bhi pav bhahi banati hai jab matar ki sabji bohot saari bachi rehti hai. Itna saara butter to nahi deti hai but bhar bhar ke pyar deti hai. Uska bhi taste bohot achha hota hai.

Their secret to the taste is loads of butter! Been here many times during my younger days and the butter made it so heavy that it was hard to eat one plate bhaji by yourself. Most times would share that one plate with a friend!
