This Minecraft game has been modded with a small number of small subtle Minecraft mods, which make Minecraft perfectly balanced. This Minecraft episode involves the carpet mod, the immersive portals mod and the Optifine Minecraft mod. A cool side-effect of the immersive portals piston door is if someone breaks through the iron blocks they will just end up in the nether instead of on the other side of the door

Spectator mode has no gravity and no hotbar, so unless he took a lot of time to make it look like he wasn't in spectator mode... He does switch to it after (I think to get out of the nether without breaking anything)

Tbh I honestly forgot the spy glass existed. It's cool sure, but with optifine is obsolete. Plus optifine helps out performance. I know without it I would get a max of 20 fps because I have a shitty laptop.

@@eveescastle5866 I get what you mean about increasing FPS, but optifine shouldn't make a vanilla feature worse just because it does it better. Idk I probably might still use it because optifine is usually more for aesthetic shots rather than actually zooming in and the way they implemented the spyglass makes that impossible, but I really think we should appreciate Mojang are adding in a feature players have wanted for a long time.

immersive portals adds a "portal helper" block which allows you to make 2 frames and link them up, whether across dimensions or just 2 points in the overworld. the frame does not have to be in tact for the portal to remain so you can replace the frame with any block after lightning it. it also allows the use of 1 way portals if you set it up correctly. things can get so much more confusing so quickly and i would like to see what you can do with this information

I feel like the hoe would be a good tool they could give the rotation effect to. Left click a block that can be rotated (logs, glazed terracotta, Redstone components) and it will spin the item to the next orientation. Would make building a lot more efficient

You know hermitcraft is made to be super vanilla? They recently added proximity voice chat but I think the idea is it doesn't interrupt gameplay that much. I guess you're meaning the difference between Java and Bedrock but still theres not rly much stopping you from doing all the same things on Hermitcraft aside from time

@@Ryan-cu5gg The thing abt bedrock is how hard it is to obtain things that would be generally easier on java. Mob farms are way more effort on bedrock for less rates, countless bugs that can revert process and kill you on bedrock aren't as insufferable on java bc the dev team actually cares there lol

Redstone clock I made: take an observer and point it at any Redstone component, then connect the two with dust. quickly power and unpower the block, and you've got a clock!

I mean, in other forms of media, portals are usually able to be seen through; you can see what’s on the other side of the portal. I know what you mean about the minecraft thing but I think that immersive portals make more sense, while they do destroy any PC that has to run them

One of the easiest and best QoL additions Mojang could add would be a "Sort" button to inventory and chests. I don't even care if there is no way to control how it's sorted. I just wanted to be able to click a button and have everything end up in AN order, like with like.

The reason why you are going through those solid blocks with Immersive Portals, is because you are flying too fast in Creative, and by the time you are actually inside the Nether (via teleporting essentially), your position was inside the solid block slightly, which allows you to move inside that block. In other words: it shouldn't let you go through it if you are moving around with Vanilla methods (walking, running, jumping, etc). I am pretty sure there is a setting that checks for "loose movement" or something, which might mitigate that "issue", but you'll need to test it out.

There are many advantages and disadvantages of bedrock edition redstone. I play both bedrock edition and java edition and I just LOVE both of them. Bedrock edition redstone is more difficult because of many reasons but there are benefits such as: placing redstone dusts, buttons and levers on pistons doesn't break when you activate it and you can move chests with pistons and etc.

I feel that the immersive portals should have a switch between the vanilla and modded options so that the portal under the city hall in the S7 shopping district can still function as it does.

A lot of people hate self promotion, but I think it is how every successful creator started their career. I’m not going to lie to you and say my parents promised me something if I get more subs, but I will say this without shame: I have decent Minecraft, (and occasionally Fortnite), on my channel. @kent No you actually dont. I dont know what the crap you are talking about but its not the immersive portals mod. The mod adds a new block to the game that allows you to create portals that dont take you to another dimension but take you to another place in the world. Before you make a stupid comment do some research first.

tbh the reason optifine and immersive Portals will never be in base game is that part of minecrafts appeal is that it can run on low end systems and they both increse game intensity

Fun fact about Optifine: Mojang actually has talks with the creator of Optifine to discuss implementing it into the real game but Mojang only wanted certain features and that wasn’t what Optifine wanted.

Hey, not sure if anyone will see this, but you should try making another base using immersive portals. The mod also allows for horizontal and strange-shaped portals which means you can create a series of portals that are different enough to link up and a series of nether portals they link to with levers or buttons to toggle them. It essentially makes a nether "tunnel" with toggleable rooms. You could also try having a series of portals in the nether that all connect to the same overworld portal and activate them primarily in the nether so that this can all be accessed from one portal.
