Black dude looks and sounds like a GTA character.Like imagine another Chinatown Wars where you've been sent to Moscow and you play as Freddie.Then there's a mission and a cutscene where you meet the black dude and he talks to you about Russian society and what the city is like.That would be the first cutscene in the game and he becomes your ally and a main character for the rest of the game.

I like what Eddie says in the end about not allowing one persons view of a certain community, define the community.

I was never really a huge Eddie fan until this series. I'm digging his flashy style and sense of humor. I stand by a lot of what he says about culture. Good episode.

Love this show. We underestimate the importance of the humanities and anthropology within a capitalistic framework. Plus its funny and includes bodily functions.

Never been to Russia. I'm only speaking on the Russians in Brooklyn and what I've read - although the culture seems to be the same. They can be very cold and depressing looking on the outside. Russia is a physically cold place and it has a brutal history. The culture as a result has a cold depressing aspect to it. When Russian people get together and open up I found that they are very embracing and happy people. They're very heartfelt and unified. You need to understand that their lives progress through this brutal cold and it has an effect on their culture and character. Read some Tolstoy too. Russian culture is fire. I think they have a habit of being suspicious of outsiders though. There is a lot of machismo in Russian culture. It does not seem like Eddie was fully embraced in this instance. He's usually very good at that everywhere he goes.
