Good morning Chef RV I'm inspired by you maja monggo so I made one for my youngest birthday.

In Pampanga 1 of d fave popuLar merienda too is RED MUNG OR GREEN MONGO whoLe or grind too CALAMAY used MaLagkit or gLutinous grain or grind instead of Cornstarch... simiLar to making of UBE HALAYA CALAMAY or its version of BiKO made up from SQUASH
