What's incredible about it? Literally any able-bodied person who at least knows how to walk can do that on their first try. It may come as a surprise to you, but anyone can do it more than once even, and a lot faster than she did it, to the point of becoming dizzy. It's only impressive if done on, e.g., ice skates.

They rehearse all week, that's how they get the lines out as fast as they do, but because they're also normal people, they still need cue cards. The show is live, they can't cut or do multiple takes unless a sketch demands it for a more comedic effect.
