What Donut didn’t tell you is that they hit another cyclist earlier that morning, who survived. These two “allegedly” started their crime spree at 6 am, committing several violent crimes before turning to mowing down people later that day. There are some pundits on tv talk shows who said they should be tried as minors, because they are, and long sentences in adult prison will only make them hardened. And that shorter sentences will help the system rehabilitate them. The two already have been committing crimes for some time before that day. The death penalty was written with them in mind. Oh yeah, to identify one of them, the police turned to the schools for help. A teacher was easily able to identify him.

No one needs to worry about them being hardened if they never get out of prison except in the back of a hearse

Yes double enterprise is common in the USA. Example a girl set up a guy to be robbed by calling him and offering a good time at a location, but instead of her showing up 2 guys that were part of the plot with her showed up and robbed and killed the guy. When it was proven and was convicted she was sentenced to life without parole and she was physically not even there where the guy was killed she only spoke to him on the phone

With the crazy stuff youngsters are doing these days to make it big on social media maybe it's time to start charging more of these "kids" as adults. The parents of these monsters should be held accountable to some extent for raising the little P.O.S.

I agree to an extent. However, my parents raised me and my brothers all the same. Great childhood, great parents, yet I made shit choices as a teen and early 20's. My felonies are on me, not my parents. They gave me hard love and punished me as any parent would. I just chose a different path at the time.

Donut’s crack at firefighters is bc, in America atleast, there’s a decades old rivalry between the police department and the fire department. It’s usually in good fun. Just in case you were wondering. I don’t know if that’s a think in the UK or not,

Nevada law, as in many states, holds the passengers accountable for murder if they willingly participated, even if passively. The passenger in this video allegedly was the driver of the car when they ran down someone earlier. Both are getting the same charges. They hid their faces as to not be filmed, it wasn’t to do with their age. Once they were moved from the juvenile court to adult court their names and images were then fair game to the media. They lost their right to privacy.

Forgot to add, their crimes can get them elevated to be tried as adults. However, neither are eligible for the death penalty because they committed the crimes as minors.

navada is in fact one of 27 states that has the death penalty. i think in a recent video you asked if california has the death penalty, and suprisingly they do! but the governor has halted all executions for the time being. you also asked about san francisco. i grew up in central california about 2 hours away from san francisco. been there probably at least 2 dozen times. 10 and 15 years ago it was still pretty bad but not close to where it is now imo. back then there was still a lot of crayzies and homeless addicts but you could still enjoy visiting, and not have to worry about being robbed or anything if you stayed in certain areas. last time i visited was about 5 years ago, after not visiting for a couple years before that. this last time i went it was noticably worse. i literaly had to step over homeless people to go inside restuarants and businesses. needles and human shit all on the street. the place i onced loved is a total no go zone for me now. i live in texas now and personaly my life improved dramatically since i moved here also about 5 years ago.

I guarantee the parents taught those kids the "minor loophole". You need parental consent for tattoos anyway, so that advice probably came from the same place. Used to be we were taught to respect the law, "hands at 10 and 2", etc. Now, it's how to commit crimes and get away with them. Parents are literally raising criminals today, nurturing evil. You had to watch out for those bad influences in the streets, and that's what we had parents for. Now, you can get all those influences from inside the house. Unreal.

Found this: According to police, the teenagers first struck a 72-year-old bicyclist and drove away. That man reported knee pain but was not hospitalized. The teens are charged as adults under Nevada law that lets suspects age 13 and older be tried as adults in state court on murder or attempted murder charges. They cannot face the death penalty due to their ages. The most severe sentence they could receive if they are convicted on the murder charge is 20 years to life in state prison.

The state of Nevada does have the death penelty. They don't electriccute you, they use a pill that is the only one approved in the state, but the problem is the drug company is refusing to sell the pill to the state.

Surely nobody uses "a pill". I know about 1 or more of the drugs involved in the cocktail that's manufactured in Europe being difficult if not impossible to import for the cause of execution... but it's always been an intravenous liquid pumped into the soon to be deceased. A pill seems cartoonish, lol.

As much as a dumpster fire San Fran and LA is these days, you're kinda not allowed to make fun of any other state when you're from ALABAMA like donut is...statistically at the bottom of the barrel in terms of education, crime, poverty etc.

I think that just shows how bad California has gotten. I'd rather watch some football in Alabama than someone take a shit on the sidewalk.
@willvr4
@willvr4 9 ай бұрын
@@UncLester A lot of the homeless come from other states. Police departments from all over America will literally just pay for a 1 way bus ticket to ship out their homeless to Cali because it's more cost effective than dealing with them going in and out of prison in their own jurisdiction. "Not in my backyard" mentality. It's gross to see.

To answer your question regarding the camps in California yes, they're everywhere out here. I've been living in this state since 1976, it's only gotten worse year after year. Within the last decade or so, it's gotten much worse, notably when the pandemic was going on and our illustrious leader thought it was a good idea to shut most things down, while his winery remained open.... Can't make this shit up. lol If you're curious about the state of California, do a little research on it, it won't be hard to put two and two together to understand why NY and California have the most homeless people in the US, especially California. This incident in S.F. is real and it's par for the course for that city.

Donut is actually super uneducated on these matters. Not all offenders end up on a registry where they can’t be by schools. Usually for those who did something in the vicinity of children or to children. And his cracks at California is hilarious because Cali is literally fueling the country. His state surely isn’t 💀

Have you seen all the southern states and their crumbling infrastructure that looks like it’s still the 1930s and with their highest crime rates in the states? West Virginia is a hellhole, which is a shame cause the landscape and geography is nice but that’s republican leadership for you
