You should get an electric geared motor or linear actuator to hook up to the winch and then wire it into the tractor’s electrical connector next to the hydraulics to kick the winch in/out of free spool within the cab.

Have you gotten into any situation yet with Freebird needing a winch of some sort for an anchor point behind the loader doesn't appear as though it would be that hard to add second auxiliary winch for anchor system also when you putting a patent on this thing I've got a cat dieng down here for one
