Museum Computing Cheese Cutter, and I BROKE it, Restoration !!!!

I worked on restoring an antique industrial cheese cutter that was used in a general store during the 19th century. It took me longer than anticipated to complete the project, and unfortunately, I lost some of the files during the restoration process. I had a sinking feeling in my stomach when the buffing machine grabbed the aluminum disc and spun around. However, I managed to finish the project and I would love to hear your thoughts on the outcome

This is a severely cut down version of a 41 minute video and has a extra added on delivery back to the museum. Seems like most people want them under 20 minutes😀

That turned out beautiful. Companies really used to take pride in what they built. The craftsmanship, quality and beauty of this old cheese cutter is phenomenal. Nicely done sir

I myself love the full length "long" videos 😊 I also have an attention span better than a goldfish though 😅 Nothing better than laying down at night, and watching a nice long restoration video to calm my brain.

That was a meat cutter beside it and it has got a great Patina to it as it is
