Agree, but what's happening in South Africa for the last 2 decades is cadre deployment, and a minority elite who are stealing and looting from their own people. This is of their own making and has nothing to do with colonialism. Corruption and incompetency are at the order of the day. It's a sad tale but unfortunately true.
