Great video (as I definitely get clickbaited in by the title) but hey overall this is quite a good ending so far. Silphy was dedicated to "putting as many as much" I guess it makes sense for them to get married, it's not like Rudy didn't intend to marry her when they were 7 years old. Multiple reasons to introduce the other side characters during this arc 1. This is a school arc, it makes sense Rudy meets a lot of different people here and forms his own friend group. This is actually more important than you think because Rudy was established to have a miserable school life in his past life which caused him to be a shut-in for 20 years. This is also why his attitude in school in the first few episodes was quite timid and cautious as he is very afraid to get into another miserable situation again. 2. Even though we go through all the side characters within the episodes, Sylphie (Fitz) still plays a main role in the story, as Rudy often discusses these issues with Fitz to ask for advice, showing that Rudy really trusts and relies on Fitz, which is how we establish they getting close and closer and eventually fall in love with each other without actually knowing Fitz's identity. It's this small but daily stuff that brings them together. It's very clever to put Nanahoshi at the end of all the characters, as Sylphie was starting to be concerned that Rudy would be attracted by Nanahoshi and leave her, and she made up her mind that we need to get this done. 3. Potentially setting up these characters as some important roles in the future. As we established right now Rudy and Sylphie are getting married, what will be the next conflict in their life? Although we don't know at the moment, we are sure that Rudy and Sylphie will still stick around the school for a while (as Rudy did say he will stay here to marry Sylphie), and the side characters are potentially the people who can bring up new story elements to add to Rudy's life. It's also worth noting although everyone around Rudy seems to have some great flaws in their character, each of them also has some good skills that can potentially benefit Rudy (or Sylphie) if they need any help in the future. Although the school arc is somewhat not so impressive compared to that "3 years traveling the whole world just to get back home with Ruijird and Eris" Arc, it was actually very clever to include this part at this point of the story for the aforementioned reasons and also fulfilling Rudy's childhood dream of "Going to this school with Sylphie together", as that was the exact reason he took Eris's tutor job to begin with. Unless Rudy gets called to help find Zenith, or else I don't think Rudy will bother to look for his mother at the moment, as Elinalise came to Rudy just to tell him Paul's party knows where Zenith currently is and they are off to look for her so Rudy can mind his own business.

thats fair. the Vol 7 Sidestory (Sara arc) and University Arc is indeed a solid 8/10

And there's the reason why the isekai genre should end in one season, season two was complete crap and a waste of time. There's no way this will get renewed for a third season. They veered off the main story throughout the season, and he's getting married to the most unlikely of characters, and getting married was to be in the end and not in the middle.
