Mushroom chainsaw wood carving

Hey you guys! Today Zack is chainsaw carving a mushroom out of a log on our property! We had a dead standing tree that we had to cut down a couple years ago and zack cut it into 30" logs and has now decided to cut those into the MOST DARLING wood chainsaw carved mushrooms!
He is using:

Good chainsaw safety! When my husband breaks out the chainsaw I am obsessed with making sure he's got the full getup on no matter what, even for "little" jobs. Anyway that mushroom is ridiculously cute!! 🍄

This turned out so well! Imagine a few of these placed along the trails you plan on creating as little places to take a rest. Actual toadstools to take a seat. I love mushrooms. Good job

I’m 51 and divorced. I feel thankful that I now know how to sharpen a chainsaw and that there is a special file for it to make it easier. Might need it for when I copy you and do this :). So Cute!!! Thank you! Fun to see your artistic side Zack! 🍄🍆🤣🤣

I love this idea! If you want forsure way to grow mushrooms on it, there are mushroom spore capsules that you can just stick into a drilled hole in the wood! And that’s it’s, you basically just leave them to grow and then you’ll have edible mushrooms!

How cute is that. Yeah I was thinking of the moss thing too. Also even putting color with some paint for smaller ones her color green that’s in house. Add little,baby ones maybe too ❤
