For easy handling. If you freeze your patties before frying them it will stay together better (for anyone having problems. Especially if you are making black bean burgers with oatmeal as the binder)

This is a really good tip! Freezing, or even refrigerating them, prior to cooking them, does wonders for keeping the burgers from falling apart. 😊

Try Shredded cabbage, raw, instead of lettuce. Game changer. I put it with everything I can fit in a wrap. Including the mushrooms I've slept on.

There is nothing wrong with parasites. They play an incredibly important role in the ecosystems. For instance, parasitic fungi are essential to help pioneer tree species die (and give back the carbon and nutrients they have accumulated to the next generations). So parasites in fact do give back so much to the ecosystems they live in. One could in fact argue that the only truly parasitic species is Homo sapiens that just takes and consumes and harvests and never thinks of giving back to the ecosystem it lives in. All the best!

Planning on trying your recipe next week. I usually make a black bean and walnut burger, but this sounds like a nice tasty change. They look like nice burgers, but maybe they could make ‘meatballs’ too. Maybe then I’ll curry them by adding some curry powder when sautéing the onions.

That Mushroom Burger 🍔 looks delicious I just became a vegan 2 weeks now I’m loving it so much I’m so glad I found your page 👍 And I do like chickpeas thank goodness 😊 I want this way of eating to be a life style always I noticed my blood pressure is outstanding 😊👍 109 over 61 is very good 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I hope to be off medication one day by my doctor only I feel good so grateful 💜
