10 منٹ کی وڈیو کے بعد جو سوال اٹھایا گیا ہے وہی اصل مسئلہ ہے کہ پاکستان میں ریحان قدیر صاحب ٹریننگ کا بھی بتا رہے ہیں لیکن اس کے باوجود جب لوگ ٹریننگ بھی لیتے ہیں اور محنت کر کے مشروم فارمنگ کرتے ہیں اور گرو بھی کرتے ہیں تو اول تو کوئی خریدتا ہی نہیں اور اگر کوئی خریدے تو ریحان قادر صاحب کی بات کی طرح یہ ہی کہا جاتا ہے کہ آپ کی کوالٹی اچھی نہیں اور اپنا سیڈ بیچتے ہیں تو اس طرح جب فارمر کو اسکی محنت کا اچھا صلہ نہیں ملتا تو لوگ دل برداشتہ ہو کر کام چھوڑ دیتے ہیں۔ یہ جو بات میں نے کی ہے اسکی بہت سادہ اور مشہور مثالیں موجود ہیں اور تھوڑی سی معلومات رکھنے والے لوگ جانتے ہوں گے کہ شتر مرغ Ostrich فارمنگ ، خرگوش فارمنگ ، بطخ فارمنگ ، مختلف بریڈز کے رنگ برڈز کے چکس اور انڈوں کی خریداری کے بعد معقول ریٹ نا ملنا ، مور فارمنگ اور فینسی چکن برڈز میں کام کرنے والے احباب پہلے ہی اس تمام کا شکار ہو چکے ہیں۔

I had some experience of it in Pakistan. Commercial farming need investment of millions as its needed controlled temperature and humidity level for marketable product. These training sessions should be available on youtube if really want to help people. Practical way forward should be this guy to start growing of international level with help of chinees to demonstrate. So people should understand what kind of investment and expertise needed.

@@sohailce Apart from space, racks, compost pasteurization equipment most important equipment is environmental control unit which is imported from china and other countries to automatically control temperature and humidity levels at different stages of cropping. Without these equipment seasonal crops may be attempted but it may not more than uneconomical pursuit until plan for consistent production and quality.
