I barely looked at the lyrics I've had the lyrics for this song memorized since I was 7. I grew up watching the 1997 Fox animated Anastasia, it's always been one of my favorite, though I used to get so scared when in the dark night came on. I'm probably gonna use this as a song for the audition for the high school play my school is doing, we are doing Matilda.

as an amnesiac, it's so hard to get through this song without crying. it was my fav song growing up and i didn't even realize i was losing memories.

I sound so much nicer without the audio in the back, but whenever I sing with the audio I sound like a chalk scraping on a blackboard, LIKE HOW??? ITS SOO CONFUSING??? But I love this song and the movie and story that is come with. It's soo nostalgic 😢❤

I love this song. it feels so nostalgic. I grew up with this movie and this song has always been my favorite since the start. there’s just something magical abt it!

This song has carried me through the worst of times... I often find myself humming this when I feel anxious, or when I couldn't do anything else. I've heard songs that are sadder, but none struck me as intense as this. I hope I never have to hum this unknowingly again, but something about this tells me it will stick around.
