I was in the pit for this gig. It was the most fun time of my life. Everyone was screaming, jumping, running, laughing, singing, it was very chaotic.

Su shouts “EVERYBODY JUMP!!!” This is where my emotions explode and I start screaming.

This song is actually growing on me, as I hear it. I did hear Momo growl the first time I heard this version of the song. I will also point out that fucking scream coming from Momo’s voice. That just sounded fucking Awsome. I can’t belive no one is hearing that.. Im all hyped for the next Babymetal album though 🔥🔥

It may sound beefier because it is the Kami band instead of EC, but also live. The lyrics are probably added in post, much like Unleash the Archers did with one of their videos. The MomoMetal growls can be heard very clearly if you're paying attention. They captured lightning in a bottle with this one, and I hope they know it. BunBunBun. Fu! Fu! I truly hope BabyMetal keeps with this newer style. They're young ladies now and deserve to evolve. This is their 6th (?) collab and it's great.

I love the track separation analysis, literally only people I've seen do that. Good stuff, definitely gonna have to watch more of your videos now.

Seeing EC performing Ratatata by themselves so far, their own live version notably omits Momo's "Are you ready" (it's left totally blank). I'm not really hearing added vocals (by her or via double-tracking) to Kevin's growls at the outro for a bigger chorus effect either.

Although it was only five minutes, they gave us the time of our lives. It was unbelievable on the floor, but I felt really bad at the end of the song because Su was left alone in the middle by herself and couldn’t join the party on both sides. Moa and Momo were having so much fun jumping up and down and dancing together with the boys, but Su had to keep her position in the center. I have never seen Moa and Momo having so much fun on stage. Su was jumping up and down alone, looking left and right, just watching them on both sides having so much fun. It was clear she wanted to join them, but she had to maintain her distance in the middle, which left her alone while everyone else was enjoying themselves together. Poor Su, staying professional.😢

I am not sure how much of the audio was from the live show, I guess not very much. But it's good video editing, it raises your eyebrows, and it's just so much fun.

As much as i would love to see Yui come back to Babymetal, Momo has been a REALLY great fit to fill the void. Also goatqii: youre allowed to not like Electric Callboy, yknow, if being a miserable bastard who just doesnt want to be happy is what you want, anyway XD

The show they put on at Rock am Ring a couple of days ago has to rank up there with their absolute best.

I think so far all of Momo's screams live are pre-recorded. I hope in the future she'll use them more on songs, but also do 'em live.

Goatqii clearly isn't "the goat," despite everyone having their own opinions. :) What an odd hill to die on lol. And that's coming from a BABYMETAL fan from the start (and multi-concert goer from the beginning, while only recently from this song, becoming a huge EC fan). Glad to see people FINALLY, CLEARLY pointing out where it was Momo singing/screaming, by herself, or layered with Kevin. Those moments are clearly not JUST Kevin.

On Day-1, the girls and Nico / Kevin hugged each other (and group hug) to celebrate the success of the live debut (heartwarming!!) The song was played in the BABYMETAL's setlist in the festival. So the band on this stage was BM's West Kami Band (Great!!). The interchangeability between the two versatile bands is good. As you know, now the 3 girls and 2 boys are doing this song with EC band in EC shows and with Kami Band in BM shows, in two ways, in some European festivals 💛。Next in Download on June 12?

To put words behind a person or object in editing you usually copy a layer of the original footage then mask one of the layers so the background isn’t visible. Then you put the lyrics in between the mask and unmasked clip so the background is there but the lyrics are behind said person or object. This is easiest when using a program like after effects - Retired editor

I'm not sure if the lyrics behind them or devil horns are edited. It looks like there is a thin mesh layer behind the dancers and all this is just projected on it.

The audio is good and the video quality is great, but there is too much swirling around and attention away from the singers. The person doing the video seems more interested in making an "artistic" statement than actually letting us enjoy the performers. I don't mind seeing the crowds in a video but a lot of this just looks like he filmed a pinwheel or swirled around pointlessly. As an interesting video it is great. As a vehicle for enjoying the performance it sucks.

Would've been so much better if they got a closeup of Momo's face when she did her scream...And seeing Momo and Moa dancing with Nico and Kevin, makes me so damned happy. 😁😁😁😁🤘🦊🤘

It's too tekkno for me. If it weren't for growling vocals, it's just a techno song and I'm not a fan. I really urks me that Babymetal needed to have this collab be the song that hit No.1 on one the charts. Which means that if I voice my opinion and say that I don't like it, I'll be shat all over for not understanding why it's popular. On top that, since it's such a big song for them now. It'll probably going to be used a lot in their shows now. Damn it. Babymetal's own songs are so much better that this on their own. Why did it have to be a collab that got them to No1 finally?
