I once showed Essenger to someone I loved and although our music tastes never had *that* much in common, they seemed to genuinely be excited about it and wanted to listen to more. I felt so happy that day. We don't talk anymore, but I hope they still listen to your music sometimes. These lyrics (and the music video, and your aesthetic haha) would definitely resonate with them. Thank you for expressing how a lot of us feel about the world in such a beautiful form.

Not gonna lie Essenger, I don't normally like 808 beats, but......this track is fire! I guess you're one of the few who can pull it off, without it sounding trite. Your music is very dark, but damn that's why I love it, props for making another fire ass track here, dude! 🤟 It would be pretty interesting to see you make a remix of a Juice Wrld song, he's one of the few emo "rap" artists that I like tbh, and your dark style of electronic music would gel pretty well with his dark and depressing lyrics.

So let me get this straight- everyone whose minds were uploaded into the Soulbridge program got put inside those cells where they can’t do anything anymore, thus rendering their so-called “digital immortality” pointless. The ending where a voice says “Isn’t it lonely?” and everything fades out except for the person in the middle implies that they’re being kept isolated and unable to communicate with anyone else around them. The question remains, however, of what exactly the basilisk hopes to gain from keeping everyone prisoner. Does their suffering feed it somehow, I wonder? 🤔

@@essengerbioniclewhy not have it instead "imprison" people because it doesn't understand that humans need to actually do and experience things. Even if sentient, I believe AI should be alien to our line of thinking, being inscrutable both ways. Any opposition it puts up to stop is it thinking it's doing its job. It's not malevolent. It just follows orders to the best of its ability. It also inadvertently makes a bit of a frankenstein's monster issue, where humanity didn't really understand the full berth of what it was creating and now can't cope with it any other way than through violence. Idk, I'm just not a fan of attributing emotional aspects like spite and vengeance to AI when there's (what I believe to be) more compelling elements that allow the A in AI to show itself.

@@chukyuniquli dont think the rokos basilisk concept is plausible and the “AI conquering us” stuff but this is kinda just sci fi. If Ai becomes our downfall it will be because of humanity’s misuse of it, and that doesn’t even require AGI, machine learning at its most powerful in the wrong hands could have catastrophic consequences

Maybe, now that I've shared it with you, you think the same, maybe you think some aspects of what I suggest are interesting and you incorporate them into your ideas (which then exposes me, not only as a listener but as a fellow man) to new ideas, maybe you disagree which is fine as well. This isn't meant to be a knock on your writing, if it came across that way it's my bad, didn't mean for it to. It's just me sharing thoughts (which were spurred from your creation, mind) with you.
