What do you mean by Gift in case of immovable property when you said possession starts when he starts getting benefit out of it? What do you mean by benefit?

I want to give you a flat as a gift, if you live there after 2 months from the declaration of the gift, the actual possession starts after two months and you benefited by getting it on that day the gift accepted by possession holding after 2 months later.

Mam Sharia law me gift sab legal heirs ko barabar mile ga agar uper neeche kya h legal valid grounds par hoga means one heir us sound others not one is son whom had all burden responsibility etc weather female had nothing beside it she received mehar gold and no burden and share from husband and his son property if they died

MA'AM PLEASE REPLY Lets consider the case. There are three muslim women in India, each one is widow, their husbands were brother. Now third women wants to gift her share of property to other two. But Nagar Nigam advocate is rejecting the file claiming that hiba can only be done between blood relation ties ?
