It’s unusual to hear of Palestinians coming here, especially when Israel restrict their ability to leave the territory, they usually want to stay in Palestine, or close to Palestine. Precious people. I feel so sad for them and what has happened. They deserve their homeland. It’s their native land. @@fintonmainz7845also not true, I remember distinctly when Germany opened its doors and invited everybody, while sending a Palestinian back to Gaza. And no they don’t have the ability to leave, they don’t own their own airport and must get permission every time from Israel if they want to leave. In Jordon they live in squalor and certainly don’t have the financial ability to leave. So yes it is unusual. So I do wonder if they have been coached to say they are Palestinians when maybe they are not, knowing that the Irish are sympathetic to the Palestinian cause

@@JK-jz2yn It is very common for Palestinians to leave Israel or Palestine for work, study, to seek asylum or other reasons. In fact Israel would like them all to leave. They do impose strict checks for "security" reasons. Mostly just to make life difficult for them. It is true that Israel might make it difficult to return. You're mixing up apples, oranges and horses.
