Absolutely! In the Quran, Allah has mentioned that men may excel in terms of physical strength and financial resources in matters related to this worldly life. However, this superiority does not extend to matters concerning deeds and the afterlife. Both men and women will be evaluated based on their faith and righteousness, and they will undergo equal tests and judgments. As it's expressed in Arabic, "كلما زاد التشريف، زاد التكليف" which translates to "The greater the honor, the greater the responsibility." In this context, men have additional responsibilities in this life, such as obligatory financial support for their wives and families, attending Jumaa prayer, and other obligations, which is indicative of the higher honor they carry.

I’m not a Muslim and I kept my wife home and worked two jobs at times when I had to. My wife thanks me all the time for allowing her to raise our kids. I have a 16, 14 and 8 year old and other parents can’t believe how respectful, intelligent, and emotional aware my kids are. Most people now have to have a two income household so I’m not talking down on that but some have the option not too and it does show in the kids.

@jonatand2045
@jonatand2045 11 ай бұрын
I can help woth that "problem". Here is an unbreakable argument against christianity, judaism and islam. Hard determinism is true, which means god creates the sins he doesn't like. To prove it consider god's omniscience, which means god knows what future is guranteed to happen. The usual excuse is that free will somehow makes non deterministic choices despite the future already being determined. The problem is the future is inevitable before humans make a choice, so it is not them who make it inevitable. The only logical option is that god made each specific sin inevitable; hard determinism. God creating sins is a plot hole in theism that proves that either god doesn't dislike sin, that sin doesn't exist or he isn't omniscient. If this contradicts your holy book, that is because your book is ilogical. A common counterargument is that seeing the future doesn't mean god is the one who made that future inevitable. But there is no other option to make that future inevitable, since he is supposed to be the creator of the world to which the inevitable future corresponds.

How can someone prefer a 9 to 5 exhausting job over a comfortable home ? We should proudly say that we are not required to work rather than justifying the fact that we have the right to work . Also , Managing the home requires effort and for a women to manage both is quite difficult. As a woman, i would say that I don't want this much burden on myself . And i think any woman who is working outside would love to be with her family rather than going out.

I've been a stay at home mother for 17 years. This upcoming school year all my children will be in school (islamic, always have been). I was looking forward to having a bit of a break and start an Alimiyya course. Sadly my husband is going blind, I pray I will never have to actually work but I will have to go back to secular school just in case and I hate the idea that I will have to work like a man outside the home. We have 5 children and we want to keep them in Islamic school. I just want to cook nice meals, be there for my family, study the deen, help reverts, go to the masjid and sew our own clothes. I grew up non-Muslim so of course I was always told I would be a great asset to society (i.e. the workplace). It was only right before my husband went suddenly blind that I decided I never want to work and I am most comfortable being my own boss at home. Alhamdulillah his sight was mostly saved but he has a condition that slowly robs people of their sight. Please make dua for our family. That his sight will be preserved and he will continue to be the maintainer of our family. The stress of thinking about taking care of a disabled husband, 2 elderly parents who live separately, my 5 children and my brother, neice and nephew that just lost their mother is just overwhelming.

Why do you like to act like a woman shouldn't have a job. If she wants to have one, that's her business. She's not going against anyone. Once she's looking for a husband, he has to clearly tell her BEFORE marriage that he doesn't want her to work. He shouldn't totally act as if he's ok by not talking about it, and then after marriage show true colors. One has to be transparent during the khutbah phase. It's not ok to have a mask and then unveil it later.

But the beauty of marriage is that you are a unit with your spouse and you get to fight against the shayateen together, while protecting and raising the next generation of strong Muslims. I do not want to be out in the world having to battle with idiots if I don't have to and when I can be at home with my children, instilling in them morality and good behavior. My husband is the soldier on the front protecting us. And we support each other in our different ways.

This video!! 💯💯💯 MashAllah brother thank you for posting this! As a revert who use to be extremely liberal and all around me where liberal feminist Muslims I thought it was ok.. until I started learning about my religion and submitting. I lost those friends because they thought I was “too extreme” but Alhamdulillah I was just Muslim, following Quran and sunnah. The Muslim community is being poisoned by these ideologies here in America, I can’t even find a sister that wear hijab and is not “progressive” or “liberal” it’s sad. After converting and finding my husband alhamdulillah I have seen that his country there is a push for women to not wear hijab and it’s a personal choice. I commented on the Jordanian royals getting married and how interesting it is that these are supposed to be leaders of the Muslim world and the women don’t even wear hijab and they are so westernized.. I was attacked by women in the comments who have these weird opinions on hijab. His cousin was even telling me that TV new stations would prefer to hire women not wearing hijab.. in a Muslim country! I was mind blown by this. We will still make Hijra there because anything is better than the states but we must return to Islam, once the Muslim world submits fully I believe we will be successful and our ummah will be stronger.. get rid of the western influences.. this is coming from a Native American who has seen it completely destroy my family’s Mexican heritage as they have been here before it was the US and now we are so influenced by the American culture none of my cousins nor do I even speak our native languages. May Allah guide us all and keep us steadfast in our deen. JazakAllah khairan for all your work.

With this it might be easier to convert them to atheists.

Agreed. Each have their own challenges. Metaphorically, it's like how Allah send the Prophets to Bani Israel generations after generations and it's difficult for them to change their behavior and suddenly Allah decreed the last Messenger to be from Arab people and scholars said some of the hikmah (I've read it somewhere, correct me if I'm wrong) is because empty vessels is easier to change than polluted ones. Not to dilute down the challenges that Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him faced for 13 straight years and 10 more after that, everything happened is for us to take the lessons to heart and Allah is not only addressing the people of Israel in all those Aayah in the Qur'an either. Scary that most Muslims take the Qur'an and sunnah that lightly.

The Quran is not from the creator because it is full of errors and contradictions. 25:53 Barrier between the water of rivers and seas 27:61 55:19-22 18:60-61 Invisible barrier between the two seas (Mediterranean and Atlantic) - non-existent as the water mixes 16:15 rivers and roads to be guided (didn't know the compass?) 6:125 chest shrinks with altitude (actually the opposite happens) 43:11 Raining on dry land (no knowledge of rainforests or the water cycle) The creator knows these things, so the quran is not from the creator.

True brother. Also it was really saddening to hear the young sisters saying they wish to work after they get married. Work is like top priority as if there's some euphoric privilege to it compared to "be home and take care of household". Teenage girls have been brainwashed with idea that you're either sit home and get bored or you go and kill boredom with work. If the intention is to support her own family or her household or to save wealth it - or if even to support the community then it would've been maybe admirable. But they have been force-fed false ideas that's just result of modernity. For sisters reading this, work is overrated. I worked 3 jobs at one point with barely few hours of sleep as I had huge debt to pay. But if I was given the choice I would rather stay home and have someone work for me and provide for me. I miss the days when my dad used to take care of everything and I only had to help him a little and just play football or be at home and have fun all day. Work is a necessary part of adulthood. All respect to hardworking sisters who does it not as a pride or to get out of "boredom", but because they have to.

My daughter is currently in pre-school going to nursery. My wife and I went to a parent's and teacher gathering where an evening was dedicated outlining the transition to nursery and just general day to day activities that the kids will be partaking in. As we entered the room and sat down, I noticed the wall behind the teacher was entirely dedicated to "pride". I was absolutely fuming and couldn't focus throughout her presentation. At the end of the presentation the teacher asked if we had any questions, I asked about the wall dedicated to the alphabet community and it's appropriateness (or lack thereof) in a classroom environment. Almost instantly other parents echoed what I was saying. The teacher obviously had a diplomatic response at the ready and "reassured" us that if we wanted to opt our kids out of such classes we could. To the point, we shouldn't pander to liberalistic ideas nor should we feel ashamed of our beliefs. If anything we must be more vocal so that in sha Allah this doesn't become anymore normal than it already has.

I'm a Muslim woman, and I'll be more than happy to be a stay-at home wife and mother, but I fear that because of the men I see in Islamic cultures. Majority of Muslim men in my experience do consider themselves to be better and favoured by Allah, and that's why they mistreat their women especially those who are fully dependent on them. And that's also the biggest reason why woman no longer want to be financially dependant on men because financial stability allows a wife to leave a husband if he abuses her. A muslim man can leave his wife at any time, I have seen men treating women horribly after 15/20 years of marriages and women can't leave them because at that age, their parents are dead and they have no where to go. That's what I fear the most. What if I marry a man, don't make my own money, and stay home, first, it will affect my confidence and self-reliance.. I birth and raise his children, maintain his house, and one day when I'm old, he gets bored of me and decide to leave me/treat me like a slave, what choice would I have? I listen to many speakers and rarely anyone talks about why in the last Sermon, Prophet ordered men to treat women fairly. Why didn't he ask women to treat men fairly? Because he knew how a lot of men abuse their authority. I would day a lot Ex-Muslim women leave Islam because muslim men in their life make them feel they're inferior. And I know that's not how Islam is but behaviour has a great impact on people. Many reverts accepted Islam in early times after being impressed by noble behaviour of Muslims.

Rare? come on brother, you're spreading misinformation. Women wear Hijab even in big cities, and it's not something uncommon. you're making it sound as if we've already turned out back to Islam, and all women are leaning toward feminism and empowerment when in reality, the vast majority aren't. Just because the "elite" of the country might dress, think, and live in a way that can be qualified as liberal, that doesn't mean they represent the entire population. I'm a middle-class citizen, and where I live, there is no liberalism, women are not "strong and independent" but rather, loving and caring mothers, sisters, and daughters. You can't openly represent, be part of, or openly defend the LGBTQ+ community, otherwise, you'd probably be beaten by the locals, or at best, you'd end up alone because no one wants to be associated with you. I don't think these are signs of liberalism, quite the opposite.

Nah not really....actually as opposed as what people have been saying hijab wearing people are increasing rather than decreasing...if you go back to the eighties and nineties people were more liberal, it only started becoming more common in the beginning of 2000s.... obviously way before that people were more conservative but in another way like in a traditional Moroccan way, by wearing either the Haul or Jellaba with its veil and all and so on depending on the region....In my opinion a lot of people who don't wear a Hijab are just still on their journey to strengthen their faith (since most tend to wear it eventually) and also because those who do tend to do it in such a foreign way to the traditions and culture and wear traditional clothings from other Islamic countries while forgetting their which are equally modest and covering which makes a lot of people want to distance themselves and find it rather foreign...I think it would be more beautiful to cover while sticking with the traditions so that it looks more friendly and approachable and just part of the identify rather than the opposite ..this is my personal opinion and the opinion of some people around me..... because I think Muslims have unfortunately made it seem like there is one way of covering and one way of being Muslims which actually won't always go well with every culture especially those who like to preserve their traditional elements that don't clash with Islam

as a Moroccan i would say a lot the youth these days like you said are exposed to liberal views more than they are exposed to Islamic teachings, i would say that's because of social media's large impact and lack of parents guidance and other sources, meaning most takes around these controversial topics they would lean towards the liberal side, and sadly nowadays most of them are just Muslims by tradition not by the correct understanding of the teachings of Quran and hadith, i could be just generalizing since that's what i see in my entourage and on social Media. السلام عليكم As a woman living in a Muslim majority country I too was brainwashed by feminisms and I would keep arguing about it. I even started questioning these verses of the Qur'an Nauzubillah, I used to think the interpretation was extreme. Alhamdulillah for covid, I got time for myself to reflect and research, I studied about feminism, it's history and effects on society. Then I studied different religions and finally understood the importance and authenticity of Islam. Alhamdulillah Allah opened my eyes. Oh Turner of the Hearts, keep our Hearts firm on Your Religion, Ameen
