My favourite is Robert Oster Caffe Crema, a nice golden brown

I also recommend Monteverde Brown Sugar, Diamine Macassar (very dark but not black) and for another permanent ink, De Atramentis Document Brown.

I love brown inks, have nearly all of them. But my all time favourite ist surprisingly the Pelikan Brilliant brown, the cheapest one...

Diamine Ochre is stunning, and KWZ Honey is a fabulous shader from brown to earthy yellow. I love cacao du Bresil, it’s very lubricated and pleasurable to write with 😊

Platinum Mixable Earth Brown is also lovely, if you get the chance to try it - do! A warm, rich, relatively fast drying ink. 😊 Thanks for the video! 😀

Brown ink is my favourite right now! I have the Fika pen, so sad I missed out on the ink, it looks like a very writable and readable brown. My favourite brown is Herbin Cafe Des Iles, its a warm brown with red undertone but still brown and it doesn't go down as dry as the cacao. Thanks for sharing 😊

I am getting good vibes from that Diamine Espresso. I hope I could still find that here in Manila. It is also a toss between Pelikan Smokey Quartz and Sailor Fika. I also love brown and my very first bottle is Kaweco Caramel Brown because of its sepia like tint. I also like Sailor Doyou. I won in a raffle a bottle of shade Turon by Filipino brand called On Inks. I think it is somewhat similar to your Diamine Desert Burst. But it really resembles the turon crunchy wrapper. I .hope you could access those inks that I mentioned. Thanks for swatching your brown collection.

Nvm. It didn't sink in that it was limited edition. That sucks. I've come across so many of these videos that showcase their recommended ink and it is some ltd. ed. from 1 - 4 years ago that can't be found.

@@corysoxydiaries Does Diamine ever re-release their limited editions? I'm trying to find that one brown that I want, and the shading of the Espresso looked exactly like what I'm looking for lol. Oh well I guess I'll keep trying samples until one 'sticks'. (I don't want to amass any more bottles if I can avoid it.

I consider Monteverde Pumpkin Cake a brown. This is the most perfect set of brown inks. I'm sad some are discontinued or hard to find.

I would robably go for the Fika out of these but you are very right that the diamine is a better choice for your money. I usually use Diamine Ancient Copper as my "brown" but that's really pushing into orange territory isn't it?

Enjoyed the video because I love the browns. Agree with you about Espresso, but also like the Herbin. Would you be able to improve sound (have it almost to maximum) and light (looks a little washed out)? Appreciate your work. Thanks.

I can only suggest what I have for now and my best bet is the Robert Oster Cafe Crema or if you want more on to the yellow side it would be the Robert Oster African Gold. :)

@@corysoxydiaries awesome, on photos it looks a bit dry and burnt, but in person it's a dark tea color with lighter shading, almost stays wet looking even months later, even though it dries very quick. I guess it's got a bit of gloss to it. It's need gently shaken before inking. Have a lovely day!
