That FX3 is really so smart for traveling 👍🏻 my FX6 is sometimes too big 🥴 I bought the small ZV1 for holidays and I am very happy with it

I totally agree! The FX3 is perfect for travel. I really like the FX6 for local work of course. I bet the ZV1 is really nice and convenient for capturing family moments.

Kinda depends on the work you do. If you don’t need good auto focus, I’d get the P4K since it has BRAW, 12bit, better colors and large 5” screen. If you need good AF and battery life, get the a6400.

say, what happened to mounting the monitor in front of the handle?

03:52 shows mounting monitor on the front of the top handle…. 🤷🏼♂️ 🤔

@@chadwin yeah @0:55 "final build" stuck with me, my bad, witch make me wonder about audio for this setup. Rode Wireless 2? Tentacle? No audio? Speaaking of, do you recomend timecode generators?

Ahhh yes! I see what you’re talking about now. Unfortunately when you use the audio top handle that comes with the FX3, there’s no way mount the monitor in front, so sadly I have to put it on top with NATO rail. What audio I do just depends on the project. Interviews I usually use boom mic XLR in or a lav mic. I rarely ever use an onboard shotgun mic. When I’m getting b-roll I only use internal scratch audio since I never use it. I don’t use timecode gen since I’m usually only using 2 cams, but I’ve heard great things about Tentacle

@@chadwin gunning with RWg2, still got my zoom h6, got a special place in my heart. Still belive imput flexibility beats 32-bit audio (no zoom F6 yet)
