Oud Wood is a masterpiece.

I LOVE this fragrance. It is subtle, sophisticated, expensive and classy. Unmistakably masculine but soft and likeable. Everything she said! It also lasts very long. The perfect premium Tom Ford starter fragrance.

I do love Oud fragrances, although Oud Wood is a subtle Oud fragrance it's one of my favorites! You absolutely nailed the description, this is an incredible fragrance!

I used to wear Oud wood more for special occasions, but yesterday i decided to wear it for my hiking day in the irish mountains, and i loved to feel that amazing smell of fragrance in the beautiful nature💚

Wow!! You nailed this one. I'm not an oud fan but LOVE this scent. I get more of a fruit vibe. Very classy and not too loud. It's over 100 degrees where I'm at (that's 38+ European degrees) and I'll spray a light topper of TF Neroli Portofino over this... Unbelievable!!

I am a female and I wear this. Usually TF fragrances are unisex and this is slightly feminine IMO. Vetiver root is one of my most fav fragrance. I get compliments from men when I wore it.

I've had this for a while, I prefer TF Tobacco Vanille over it (on my third bottle) and this is clearly better than cheaper Ouds out there. The issue I have with it is that I get a weird soapy smell that I don't like.

Not a big fan if oud but this one always gets described as a good oud scent if you're not that into oud. Great video

Can't help, but coining your phrase, sums it all up: " ...the three kings of class: oud, vetiver, and sandalwood". Amazing stuff, once you get past the initial blast, it's all in the drydown 👍. I can take this one and TF Tobacco Oud, by similar experiences, though the latter is even more challenging. Josephine, you are doing a fantastic job on this Monday series about 5-min videos, so accurate.

I have worn this side by side with carved oud by thameen. They are very very similar. I cant say if I like one more then the other. Oud wood is brilliant! Thanks for your take!

my wife loves when i wear it but me personally thinks it lacks performance longevity wise but cant deny i like the lightness of it.

Just bought the Oud Wood this weekend after spending the time to smell most of the Tom Ford line at Saks. What an elegant scent it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for now in my mid 40s. Doesn’t project very long but definitely has good longevity. Perfect for evenings out.

one time i tried one oud oil in saudia, it was attar oil, thicker than honey, feel like wax. i cant forget the smell of that! for first 10 minutes it smelled like real fresh earthy wood, but then some very beautiful smell came, and that guy only used 1 drop of it, and it lasted for 2 days.

After I put this on today my Girlfriend immediately said it smelled really good and I like it too. Going through a ten ml sample of it right now.

should I go for Our wood or Carlisle PDM?

My favorite fragrance, but performance is extremely weak. Skin scent after 1h, gone after 2-3h. So I layer it with Thameen Carved Oud or Fragrance Du Bois Oud Noir Intense, they smell very similar (still like TF OW better) but last longer.

For all tall who wants that projection from it, overspray it and you will most def get noticed, not just up close :)

Which one is better? Ombre Nomade by Loius Vuitton or Oud Wood by Tom Ford? I am planning on getting Oud Wood, but since projection is not so good I still have not decided if I should pull the trigger on that one or in Ombre Nomade which by the way smells really good too! It is a really good and unique fragrance but projection is a bit of a problem, for me I like my fragrances to be loud, like an extrait

I'll take your word for it and wear this perfume on the next date. Most girls I met were not too crazy about fragrances with Oud or Incense, but I'll trust you on this one ;-) . PS: I never believed in love at first time till I saw you :-p .

oud wood is a beast ..love the smell ...it lasts and performs great ...its a panty dropper but only if u are near women if not its just good on u but man is it good ..gets compliments

Hey Jus :D. Love your videos as always. If only oud wood wold last more than 5 hours on my skin... it might just be the perfect scent. I can't tell you how many compliments I get from wearing it. It's such a shame that I get anosmic to it after just a few wears. I hear Carved oud from Thameen has the same DNA but with better longevity and performance. Thinking of giving that one a try. Do you know it ? I think oud wood is second to non for formal events, classy and blended to perfection.

I went to Tom Ford to try Rose Prick & Fucking Fabulous. I end up buying Oud Wood. LOVE AT FIRST SNIFF I MUST SAY!

For me, Out Wood is just too weak. Doesn't last long enough. Thameen Carved Wood is about the same price or a bit more expensive but definitely lasts longer and projects way better. Smells very similar too.
