In the Reagan floor plan and in the Horizon floor plan, both with unfinished lower level. But still, in two out of three floor plans in the same video, built on the basement level, the foundation was not at all that bad, still unfinished. Thank you. Verry good Sir.

Thank you for the comment! Unfortunately in this area basements are not as common as I'd like and finished basements on new construction are even less common here. While this particular community may have fewer trees, it offers many other great features like a great bang for the buck, a community pool and it's super close to downtown Newnan.
