This journey we have been on has been nothing short of incredible as we have been seeking our dream retirement home and land and we came to land on this beautiful Southern Illinois farm. While we decided to make one last move to a much larger acreage farm (more than triple our previous Southern Illinois farm of 150 acres) we will never forget all of the amazing life memories and adventures that we created on this amazing Southern Illinois farm. I haven't been keeping up with this channel for a while--I used to be a regular viewer, and now I've come back to catch up. I knew way back, when you first talked about the politics of Illinois, that if things went too far, you'd leave it behind. Kapper you operate on less fear than a wolverine--you're a 'doer' no matter what, once you set your mind to something. Maybe if I knew you personally, some of that would rub off on me lol. That place will always be special to you and the Mrs, but I'm excited to see what y'all do in Missouri.

Just hope all that "Creative Financing" you've done over the years doesn't take most of the equity in the property. But even if it does, get it sold and do what you can with the difference over in Missouri. That place is awesome. I hope to have something like this eventually. For now I’m in a subdivision in the city until the kids graduate but my parents have a hunting camp I get to enjoy.

Man I know it. But the Marine Corps and my L.E. carreer have set in stone my principles! Some say I am crazy, but I am OK with owning that! Hopefully there is someone here that will buy and cherish this beautiful farm!

It's on Whitetail properties, it's listed at 749k. We're not trying to score a big sale just get it sold!

This is strictly my opinion, but I think some people, especially women are creeped out by the animal heads in the house... I just think if your trying to sell it, to maybe move them into the shed to take them with you... Otherwise beautifule home and land
