I am currently building this home. 🤗Immediately fell in love with it but its not exactly true that the first floor guest room has an en suite. Its a hall bathroom located next to it. You cannot access it from inside the room like a true en suite you have to build it that way and add a door that links to it from inside, which we did. It's perfect.

Hello! The lot size will depend on the lot chosen. The lots are a decent size in this community but can vary depending on location for example cul de sac lot are sometimes larger
