How long does the access last to the ‘heat’ apps? Read many of these boxes only provide access for a limited (1-2 years) time.

as i know it should be working for life of the box, I have no seen or heard 1 year or 2 if anyone says they are lying or selling iptv with subscription monthly.

My voice on V2 Pro isn't working. Tried everything. The sad thing is I did email my problem and was told to go back to the Amazon seller, and your company created it but will not help. I wish I hadn't bought this product.

Does the V3 Pro OR the Elite models have Captions ?

Caption is something hard to say yes and no. Some stations have it embedded and some channels have it. Not all will carry.

Purchased it a few days ago, but the shipping is frustrating, tons of channels are freezing and buffering, returned it immediately

I would change DNS, and did you talk there support team to check any other troubleshooting steps?
