Game looks pretty good, and major shout out to the maker of that diorama.

It's great to see a game play example. I would love to see what the coop rules look like in action, as well, when they are ready

I love that terrain, amazing work! Who made it? The rules looks quick and fun! Feels similar to Year Zero but in a more compact format. While the initiative is very random, the speed and added zone stuff seems very worth it.

It's a shame this wasn't presented at the start of the Kickstarter where it would have had most impact... still nice to watch.

Looks great!!! I'm already imagining it as Forbidden Lands: Blood Wars though... Rust Brothers vs. Red Runners maybe? Canide Dwarves vs. Urhur Orcs?

Very Nice to at last see a playthrough video. One question, in the alpha rules it say for zone cards ”The effects of a Zone card always affect the next model to activate, unless stated otherwise.” but as you play it you effect the latest model activated. Is that a rule change? Du lesse Also tell where the SL buss are from and the scale of it?
@FreeLeaguePublishing Жыл бұрын
Yes it is a rules change! We've added teambased initiative as an option and with that we changed what the zone cards effect.

Very well-presented demo! Explanation and video segments -overall and close-ups really add to the interest and understanding. One question: It seems that the target model's fighting skill has no effect on the attacks. The chance of success is the same against a blind, crippled fighter as against a highly skilled fighter? We see that damage can be reduced by abilities. And are model's capabilities reduced as they receive damage? It seemed that models that had been hit hard were acting and fighting as normal.

That was fun to watch! It looks like most rolls that can be pushed will be pushed. I understand that victory is determined by artifact points but when does a game end? They said 5 or 6 rounds but I didn’t catch what determines that. Thanks!

That will most likely depend on scenario. In the PnP scenario there is an acid rain card zone card that most likely will appear sometimes each round and when four of those have appeared the round is over, so the game will most likely be four round, perhap five. Other scenarios may have other premises of how it will end. They don't play that scenario, they are just playing the game in general (I guess) to show what it looks like. Yes, I guess a lot of attack rolls will be pushed. Sure you risk to break your weapon, but I think it will be worth it.

Does that terrain come with it or is it an add-on for the Kickstarter?
@jackinal Жыл бұрын
that is probably just a diorama they´ve built, the kickstarter will include some cardboard terrain but i doubt that it will look as good as this. then u have to put some extra love into it :P
