Im from Hyderabad and this recipe is authentic Hyderabadi kachi akhni biryani except that kewda water ,we don't put kewda water in our biryani as it give exrta fragrance which is not required coz saffron fragrance is enough ,thank u ruby m ur big fan

I tried your Chicken Biriyani the other day and it was a hit at home. Love the simplicity in cooking. Will try the mutton one as well. The key is the timing that you mention. 10 minutes in medium high and then 45 minutes in medium low ! Thanks.

Writing this while I m eating biryani. It's so tasty that I can't express it in words. I tried the Marination process like the way u explained, perfectly melting mutton. I used tomatoes here and spices as per my preference. Hats off to u mam.. I m ur fan now

Ma'am awesome. Jo chiz meine aaj aapke through sikha wo mein na jaane kitne dino se youtube pe dhund rha tha. Ek chiz samajh nai aati hai ki mutton itne kam time mein kaise itna tender ho jata hai. Jab ki aapne mutton thoda sa v cook nai kiya. Itne time mein to mera mutton curry v nai ban pata.
