Garam masala powder : 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Fresh chili : 5 to 6
Fried onion : 2 large sliced onion
Nestle Milkpak Yogurt : 1 cup
Now cover it and marinate it for 2 hour in the fridge

Clarified butter : 1 tbsp
White vinegar : 1 tbsp
Soaked rice : 500 gram
𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Mutton masala with small amount of oil
Boiled rice
Fried onion
Mint leaves
Sliced lemon
Fresh chili : 2
Chopped coriander
Orange food color (optional)
Tomato sliced
1st 2 minutes : flame high
After 2 minutes : cook it on low flame for 10 minutes
