Recipe-
for first marination:
mutton chaap 300gm
onion paste(pyaz ka paste) 1 tbsp
ginger and garlic paste(lehsun adrak ka paste) 1-1 tsp
veg oil 1 tsp
black & white pepper powder(kali or dakhni mirch powder)1/4 tsp
salt(namak) 2 pinch
water 70ml
for second marination:
red chilli powder(lal mirch powder) 2 pinch
chat masala 2 pinch
orange food colour(zarde ka rang) 2 pinch
fenugreek leaves powder(kasoori methi powder) 3-4 pinch
gram flour(besan) 2 tsp
lemon juice(nimbu ka ras) of 1 lemon
