hello guys note 1 kg mutton korma recipe for home cooking.
mutton........ 1kg
brown onion...... 100g or 3 medium size raw onion you can fry or brown
yougert...............250g 1 pao
ginger paste.......1 tbl spn
garlicpaste..........1 tbl spn
cloves..................10
balck paper.........10
cinnamon stick....3 little stick broken
oil.............1 cup @ 100ml
green cardamom... 4/5
tumeric.....1 tea spn
red chilli 1.5 tbl spn
salt to taste..........?
coreander powder....1 tbl spn
all spyce fry and brown well with mutton
and add water for tenderise mutton as per requairment. maximum... 750 ml or 3 glass
and cover for 30/35 mnt and cook on slow flame.
