Add salt and all spice powders except garam masala. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat until oil separates.
Pour in 200-250 ml of water, mix, and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
Once pressure releases, increase heat, add garam masala powder, and stir.
Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, letting excess water evaporate.
Add whisked curd and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until oil separates.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
