For The Koftas

Mutton Keema- 500 gm
Ginger-garlic paste -2 tsp
Green chillies (finely chopped)- 2-3
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
For Dahi Ka Masala
Curd - 400 gm
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

For The Gravy
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cloves- 4-5
Cinnamon stick - 1 Inch
Black cardamom - 1
Black peppercorns - 4-5
Bay leaves - 2
Onion (sliced) - 2 (big)
Tomatoes ( diced)- 2 (medium)
Hot water - 2 cups
For Garnish
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)- 1 tbsp
Fresh spring onion (chopped) - 1 tbsp
