A big shoutout to Anjan Chatterjee, the mastermind behind this iconic restaurant chain that started as Only Fish in 1992 and later evolved into the beloved Oh! Calcutta. Anjan's vision also brought us Mainland China, Mainland China Asia Kitchen, Sigree, Sigree Global Grill, Cafe Mezzuna, Haka, Flame & Grill, Machaan, Sweet Bengal, and Mobifeast, spreading the joy of diverse cuisines across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Kolkata.
