Mutton 1kg
Onion 2medium
Ghee 1cup
Salt 1tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbs
Red Chilli 0.75tbs
Coriander 1tbs
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Water 1/2cup
Black Cumin 0.75tbs
Wheat Flour 1/4cup
Almonds 5
Water 1/2cup
Yakhni:
Goat Trotters 2pcs
Water 750ml
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2tbs
Ghee 2tbs

I lived in Dubai and absolutely loved hamour fish from Pakistani restaurants..most of the owners would give me special treatment as I am from India and for loving their food..I would love to visit Pakistan one day...I just pray that visa process is easy to get there.....God bless you...

Today we tried this kunna Recipe but without adding paya and yukhni . We used water instead of yakhni. Still it was very delicious. Thanks for this recipe. 👌👌

The Tandoor looks so superb, especially its switching and pressurized flame! My wife is always keen to have a tandoor of her own. This looks so awesome that you should market this. I am a great fan of your recipes. Thanks. I would request you to prepare a sheekh kabab with a marination of mustard seeds and coconut paste. This kabab will be on slightly sweeter side. Use mustard oil instead of the mutton fat which you have used in the sheekh kabab video.

In our Chiniotee weddings it's cooked in long trenches. No match of our authentic cooks from Chiniot but good recipe from you. The Matkas are sealed with Atta dough.And we add kala zeera.But I love your knowledge on food. Your tandoori is awesome
