Famous Arabian Biryani mutton Mandi flavored Smokey mandi Biryani Easy Mandi Biryani
Mutton Mandi chutney:- • Mandi Biryani ki Chutn...
Ingredients:-
500 g mutton
1 lemon
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Saffron 1/4 tsp
2 tsp salt
4-5 green chillies paste
Mandi Masala:-
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp ginger powder
1 black cardamom
1 tsp pepper corn
1 tsp Cumin seeds
6 green cardamom
6-7 cloves
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 kg basmati long grain rice
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 Chicken cube
4-5 green chillies
1 tsp salt
4 green cardamom
2 inch cinnamon stick
3-4 cloves
2 bay leaves
150 ml oil ( 3/4 cup )

See i never gave fake review... I just Wanted experiment on thiss mandi from so long🤭 okay! So Finally i tried this today! Nd trust me it turned out be a amazing one! You can't even believe! I was like did i made this!? Yaqeen nhi hua😁 Btw the tomato chutney was on the next level🤩 everyone in my family loved it... Specially my dad enjoy this much😄 got too many compliment alhmdulillah! So I made Mandi a lot of time with different recipes from other Channels and I used to not like it that much…so I was looking for a best recipe for mandi and was browsing through KZfaq for some time and I found this recipe.. but at first I was in doubt like should I try the recipe or not like will it be good… so I opened comment section and thought what are people saying about this recipe and then I saw the comment which was pinned and I was like oh I wanna try this recipe and thought of making it today… and trust me it was just woww! I have never had a Mandi where it tasted this amazing and I couldn’t believe that I made that dish… like I have no words to describe the taste of it… I can just say it was a delicious meal and we thoroughly enjoyed having it and will be making this again…. Thank you for the recipe.. loved it🤤🤤🤤🤤 PS: I don’t usually comment but I couldn’t stop myself from commenting on this…

Mashaallah , I know arabic mandi I stayed in middle east since many yrs, its not exactly arabs cook, they don't use green chilli in mandi it's not at all spicy, but for Indian taste this is good

Completely agree. Arabs don't eat spicy food. Their mandi is more in the bland side. No green chillies added. But your recipe is perfect for tasty n spicy food lovers. N ofcourse one can skip the green chillies to avoid the spiciness
