A lot of people ask for healthy recipes of mutton which are delicious as normal mutton korma or karahi. In this video, I have shown special mutton fry recipe which is cooked literally in water along with few spices. This mutton recipe is as delicious as other desi mutton dishes but healthier. There is no use of oil or any kind of fat in this recipe which is great.
Written Ingredinets:
Mutton-2kg
Water-1.5ltrs
Dry Red Chilli-2pcs
Garlic-4cloves
Green Chillies-2pcs
Black Pepper Corns-1tsp
Salt-1.5tsp
Red Chilli Powder-1tsp
Cumin Powder-1tsp
Garam Masala-1pinch
Utensils:

Prepared today , only added some ginger and coriander seeds as a personal addition , but turned out to be so wonderful. I am going to recommend this as the simplest mutton dish to prepare without compromising on the flavor

@@yt-rf5et Bro it is called by same or similar names Mutton Pani Fry , Pani Fry Meat , Pani wala meat etc . This particular area of India vis from UP east to Bihar is home to some of the very ingenious and delicious Mutton recipes of various kinds , the only thing is that it is not much advertised .

I just tried your basic idea, changed the spices as we can't eat spicy food. So used regular mild curry seasoning along with italiano seasoning and garlic powder along with lemon & pepper powder. It turned out very tasty. Thank you for your recipe. Really appreciate it.

The recipe works! This is some kind of sorcery. Some things don't seem to add up but they do! Like so few ingredients and little salt but the final outcome is spicy, flavourful and as salty as it should be.

Afzal Bhai, Asalam Aliekum. This recipe is fantastic. I just love it. The amount of spices n the method of cooking is very very healthy. U can get the real taste of mutton.
