Easy Mutton Yakhni Pulao | मटन यख़नी पुलाव | White Mutton Pulao | Mutton Pulav Recipe | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
1 kg mutton
.600 gm basmati rice
1 onion
3 no garlic
.20 gram ginger
7-10 cloves
6-7 green cardamom
4 black cardamom
1 piece javitri
4 bay leaf
1-2 spoon salt
2 tbsp desi ghee
1 tsp oil
5-6 green chilli
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
