Temperature will be the same for electric and gas oven

i followed the exact instructions, with 2.2 kg raan. it doesn't get cooked in 3 hours with this method. to be thoroughly cooked and tender it would at least take 4 to 5 hours. consider it before trying

190c, 2 - 3 hours, check in between, time may vary according to the size and weight of raan, this raan that I cooked will take at least 2 and 1/2 hour in oven.

Salam.just tried this recipe today. But taste was not good. 😞. Im so upset. I marrinated whole night and today my guests are coming. Its quite tasteless 😢. I followed the exact ingredients but all In vain

Wa Alaikum assalam, there is nothing in marination that can make it tasteless it about meat. If meat is not fresh that can make a difference.
