For clarification, theres a short manga where an older sayo (14) says she was refering to the demon with her statement and deeply regrets how she had worded herself. She wishes she could see gyomei again to apologize and explain but they never do.

The ending theme, "Tokoshie" was so mesmerizing that it is no exaggeration to say that it was created for the ending of this episode! I've seen the boy who made a deal with the demon before…

The orpham boy who led the demon to the orphanage, we've actually seen him in recent episodes when zenitsu fought that spider demon guy and zenitsu got a flashback, we see him eating peaches and stuff
