Got to say this Bruges team was slick! They came to win, 2-0 up at the Kop end and looking for more.. but it was one of those Anfield nights!

IS IT BECAUSE THIS EUFA CUP FINAL WAS LATE THAT LIVERPOOL PLAYED THEIR LAST GAME AT WOLVES LATER WHICH THEY FAMOUSLY WON WITH 3 LATE GOALS TO DENY QPR THE TITLE I THOUGHT THE LAST LEAGUE MATCHED WERE ALL SUPPOSED TO BE PLAYED SIMULTANEOSLY

That penalty looked very much as though Weinstein's was a meter of inches outside the area!!!! I think Heighway helped it. But I also think that was enough of a trick to justify the decision!!!!
