the first time I watched this (years ago) I was immature and thought of pole dancing as something sexual, now I see it for what it really is - a difficult dance style that requires a lot of strength. managing to dance this AND sing??? I'm impressed as heck! also, thank god I grew out of my immature thinking!

After School walked so Gfriend/CLC could run. I remember that people weren't ready for this when it came out and they got shit for it. Now, years later, it's accepted and applauded.

I'm a 65 year old male from Iowa USA and grew up with progressive rock legends. The entire group of talent in After School and their body of work is nothing less than Tremendous! To this day I listen to them almost daily driving around town with volume high! I would fly anywhere to see them live. OC, Red and Blue variants were Outstanding! Shout out to Raina and Yoo Ara duets that just kicked it! Wish them all Happiness and Success. To me they ARE legends!

After school stays the best female dance group of all time. They're undefeated(only group to be) in any dance battle beating Shinee, snsd, 4minute and Tara. Only group ever to incorporate drums, then tap dancing and finally pole dancing. First girl group to have the graduation system AND when they first debuted they had older members that were just as fierce, if not fiercer then the younger idols, and that was un heard from at the time. Even if after school was to disband because pledis has no money, I'm really proud of every single one of our girls, all 11 of them. They have brought me incredible joy over the years. I hope it's not over but if it is, we still made history play gurl :') future kpop fans will awe at After Schools incredible accomplishments as artists and performers.

Their pole dancing teacher said in an interview that they practised 3+ hours a day, 5 days a week for 7 months to prep for this. Thats not even taking into account time spent rehearsing in the studio for the shoot. When i watched this 10 years ago, my stupid early 20s mind simply went "hoes be hoe-in," with really no thought given to all the work that went into this. Its an odd feeling to realize how much your perspective changes with age when you rewatch something from a decade ago.

Despite the amount of horrendous treatment the girls are getting, this video pretty much gives us a glimpse of how they felt being added to the group, or in other groups besides After School, finally debuting after so many years of waiting. The end result for each group (After School to Hello Venus to Pristin) is without a doubt humiliating for them. Pledis should be ashamed.

Korea should have paid more attention to these girls, their performances were the best, the style was unique, they are not "girls next door", they are women singing and acting as self-confident women.

This was one of the most complicated choreography ever, pole dancing is no joke. I remember when they performed this on live shows though there were no poles on the stage back then, they would dance on top of chairs in heels and that's not easy either. They deserve so much more

I don't see what the problem is with this mv. They are fully clothed and pole dancing is an art form that is many times seen as vulgar because of what most people use it for. These girl are dancing with class and grace. Especially at 2:15 with her in the white dress. It looks quite beautiful and artistic. We should appreciate that. These girls have eliminated my preconceived notions about pole dancing. Now I see that it is a legit art form.

I hope they will release a song as a group to commemorate their 15th anniversary. It shouldn’t matter if some of them are acting or doing other things, SNSD did it and they’re all very busy individually but they still managed to release a FULL album and even promote on music shows. Kara and T-ara also did it. Btw aside from Nana and Uee who are still very active in acting, the rest of the After School members don’t seem to be doing anything at all entertainment-wise.
