There's plenty of real talent in the japanese music industry. Unlike korea, they are not idol-centric so most of the current public faves or chart toppers like yonezu kenshi, aimyon, yoasobi etc are non idols or jpop boy/girl groups. Even the 46 n 48 groups are not as popular these days cuz it seems younger japanese prefer kpop idol groups nowadays or japanese groups that are produced by korean companies like niziu or jo1.

@@melzer1377 yes but nizui is like a just jpop idol group at first I was enthusiastic about them but now I think they are just one more the only difference is almost all of them have good skill in singing but I’m not sure if they will be able to give the big step. What is good about jp music industry is that even the solo singers can have a huge amount of popularity and support of the fans but they are the ones who have less interest in going to spread their music internationally

@@kai200731 it wouldn't surprise me if faky becomes more popular internationally those kpop stans will attack them all out and accuse them of ripping off some kpop girl group or something. Just look at how they treated arashi when they tried to reach out to their foreign fans before their hiatus. Making fake stories about them just cuz they hate jpop and japanese idols. So in a way if faky gets the international exposure, it is good in that they will gain popularity but also bad cuz they are exposed to kpop stans/netizens who is going to set all sorts of malicious rumors and trash talk them online.

@@melzer1377 well to be honest I don’t see a int future for the Johnny’s idols. I think they are good for Asia at least. And the hate will come maybe but nowadays there are many Japanese that are in the kpop industry can you imagine if they could be doing the same in Japan I mean they have a different training and their looks are 10000000 times better that Japanese male idols who unfortunately can’t confront to the kpop male idols. But if faky could reach that popularity they should be in a company who has projection for an international market and it is not gonna be easy but it not impossible if they work from now

自分も最近知って頻繁に聴いてます。 どんなグループか調べると 「J-POPの枠を超えて世界に通用することを目指した楽曲と、日本発のカルチャーやファッションを取り入れたビジュアルを特色とする。」(Wikipediaより抜粋) と書かれているのでどちらかと言うと逆輸入的な売り方をしているのではないでしょうか。

The rightのMVも良いですが個人的にこういうダンスだけで魅せるMV好きです。 日本は特定事務所グループとか、デビューしたての勢いあるグループが取り上げられがちですが、FAKYさんのように、長く地道に頑張ってる実力派グループも男女問わず表に出られるようになってほしいです。

There are some bops in jpop but japan copyright strikes everything so people cant react to their music which has skyrocketed kpop outside of fandoms. Its sad also japanese idol media is really hard to get, and when you do find ebtire shows people dont translate them. Whenni was learning japanese i tried translating but i had mostly basic japanese and had to listen and search individual words then make the sentence make sense in english, which takes soooo much time for short clips and i was afraid i wasnt getting exactly what they were saying.

@@melzer1377 No ... Jpop is plenty popular internationally. At least for the fact that anime fandom is bigger than the Kpop fandom. The difference is that Jpop fans just enjoy the music, instead of closing themselves under the banner of a fandom, and farm colectively views on KZfaq, by streaming a song all day long on 5 devices. Is that views farming that makes Kpop look far than it actually is. Is artificial success. At the same time, Japan is one of the biggest music markets in the world. There is so much variety and so much to discover, and that dilutes the audience. As for this song... is boring. Is basically Pussycat Dolls 2001, without the sex appeal. Is nothing Jpop about it. ''Kpop copycats''? Thats such a stupid argument. Kpop is a copy of Western pop music. When there is no Western influence, there is Japanese influence. It may be weaker those days, thou I don't really follow Kpop that much those days, but 8 years ago, when I discovered Kpop, and girls bands were focused on a modest and cute image and music, instead of the sexy one they have today, the Jpop influences were obvious from space.

Mステや歌番組にどうか出てほしい…普段はジャニーズや坂道グループ、K-POPなどのアイドルを見たり聴いてる者ですがある日突然広告で流れてきたFAKYの『ダーリン』という曲、いつもだったらプロモーションなんてすぐに飛ばしてしまうのに何故か気になり最後まで聴き終えた頃には既に好きという気持ちが芽生えていました。もっともっと沢山の人たちにFAKYの魅力を知って欲しい…本当に素晴らしいグループです、新曲も沢山聴きます！！！

Honestly, a bit salty that this isn't the most viewed FAKY music video. It's a masterpiece, visually, lyrically and vocally. BUT I am biased, since it's my favorite and first FAKY song. Their outfits are just so cute too. Lil, Mikako, AKINA, Hina and Taki are all queens and I can't wait for the world to see them

日本にこんなにカッコ良い女性グループがいた事に本当に驚きました！ もともと坂道とジャニーズばっかり聞いてた私でしたが、ここ何年かはK-POPのカッコ良さにやられて韓ドル曲ばっかり聞いてました でも昨日Twitterの広告でlittle moreの広告が出てきてたまたま見たらめちゃくちゃカッコ良くて、しかも日本語だったからびっくりして！！ 韓国でも日本でもFAKYの様なアイドルは見たことがないです本当に素敵です何でもっと人気にならないのか分からない、、 1回MステとかCDTVとか出ようもんなら一気に人気に火がつくと思うのですが、、、 事務所にはFAKYをどんどん推して行って欲しい。 まじお前誰だよって感じですが、これはマネジメント次第でバンバン売れます(確信)

Sad that most of us are only discovering this group now. JPOP industry needs to promote these girls more. They’re clearly trying to send a message out there towards the end of the video indicating that they’re working real hard to become the best. They have a more western concept, too different from what usually makes to the top in japan.. but yeah, they also are quite underrated worldwide too, maybe some kind of fault in their promotion? Anyway.. hope they at least keep growing with the western audience so they won't have to disband soon :T

最初はひなちゃんから知ったけどFAKYの曲聞いたりFAKY WORLD見てたら皆様お人柄が素晴らしすぎたし、個性あるのに主張しすぎてないところとか魅力しかなくてFAKY沼はまりました定期的にみにきてます🥺

A little guide for people interested on them :D The girl with pink hair: Lil fang (One of the OG members, she's a great vocalist) Girl with short hair and bangs: Mikako (She is also one of the original members of Faky, she's a great rapper) Girlie with brown hair and bangs: Akina (she's from USA also she joined Faky when she was only 15) Girlie with blue top: Taki (She's from Philippines, she was a successful actress in her country, also, she's the youngest member) Girlie with black hair and bangs: Hina (The most popular member and one of the best dancers in the group)

Um for me Lilfang is the best rapper and mikako the best vocalist. But yes Taki is a successful actress here in the Philippines. Filipino here🤪❤

I don’t think Mikako is one of the original FAKY, she joined after Japanese-New Zealand girl left (see Candy vid). But she is very stylish.
