January 2015, not-your-average rookie girl group SONAMOO made an unbelievable debut, stealing all the attention away from the rush of other girl groups. Now, the group is about to return with a second mini-album "CUSHION".
The title song "CUSHION" has strong hiphop beats that recreate the vibes of SONAMOO's debut single "Deja Vu". But this time, SONAMOO's feminine sentiments have been upgraded and are evident throughout the album. Hot pink colored hair styles and lovely outfits any girl would love to try make all kinds of girly fantasies to come true. SONAMOO's unique lyrics, trendy sounds, and vivid styling are more than enough to have fans fall in love with the members.

2015年1月、相次ぐ新人ガールズグループのラッシュの中、新人とは信じがたい存在感で歌謡界にその名をはっきりと刻み込んだ‘ソナム’が、セカンドミニアルバム「CUSHION」で戻ってくる。
タイトル曲「CUSHION」の強烈なヒップホップビートは‘ソナム’という名を世に知らしめたデビュー曲「Deja Vu」の延長線上にあるが、再び戻ってきた彼らのアルバム全般には少女感性がさらに鮮明に表れている。強烈なホットピンクカラーのヘアや一度は真似したくなるデザインの衣装など、ビジュアルの面でも少女たちの理想とファンタジーを現実的に表現した。彼らの個性あふれる歌詞とぴったりの感覚的なサウンド、そしてビビッドなカラー感のスタイリングはやめられない中毒性を呼び起こすのに十分である。

타이틀곡 ‘CUSHION’의 강렬한 힙합 비트는 ‘소나무’라는 이름을 세상에 알린 데뷔곡 ‘Deja Vu’와 그 흐름을 같이하지만 다시 돌아온 이들의 앨범 전반에는 소녀의 감성이 한층 더 선명하게 드러나있다. 강렬한 핫 핑크 컬러의 헤어나 한 번쯤 따라 해보고 싶게 만드는 디자인의 의상 등 비주얼적인 부분에서도 소녀들의 이상과 판타지를 현실적으로 표현해냈다. 이렇게 이들의 개성 넘치는 가사와 딱 맞아 떨어지는 감각적인 사운드, 그리고 비비드한 컬러감의 스타일링은 멈출 수 없는 중독성을 불러 일으키기에 충분할 것이다.
