@Jasal Bonds of Wintwealth are backed by collateral like loans of the NBFC. In the bond description, you also check that the bond rating is good

Need more videos like this. Suggestion: it would be better if financials of company also detailed. Like revenue till date, monthly average, gross margin, profit split... I think for an investors, financial details plays a major role in taking decision.

Wint gives unlisted bonds also some are CARE B rated which are very risky. Also illiquid till the time of maturity. There are plenty of other options where you can buy careAAA bonds directly or through your broking account like Zerodha and Icici direct which can also be sold in secondary market whenever you want liquidity,

Should have metioned which category bonds are they issuing, weather AAA or AAA etc 9-12% comes with A rated entity. So definitely it is not 100% safe a bit of risk involved. If you want to earn good returns, better to afford some loss also.

Angel investing is not for everyone. I think you grabbed a great deal because of your expertise in this field. So before angel investment, Investors should have more than enough money flow, Expertise in any specific field, And an excellent technical team. One thing to add, I don't think it's a wise idea to angel invest in companies like wint, especially in India. Instead, consider D2C product-based companies.

You told that they invest 2-3% of the issue size in the debt. But then later said they get commission of 2-3% which means they are not actually investing and the cash flow exist. There is no risk for the company.
